5 vs 5 Flag Football:

We are very excited to offer the 5 v 5 Flag Football League Powered by Energize Sportz. Players will be placed on a team of 8 players. The game will be played 5 v 5 with an Energize Sportz coach playing Quarterback for at least half of the game. The purpose of this is to ensure that the football is being spread out to all of the players on the field and will give players the best opportunity to get touches of the ball.

This program is a great way to kick start your child's love for the game of football. Energize Sportz will lead all sessions and also handle the referee duties during game play. While reffing, Energize staff will help move the game along and make sure players are learning how to play football, display teamwork, show great sportsmanship, and have fun! Jersey included.
